Holly Hicks

Holly Hicks is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynasil Corporation. She is the steward of Dynasil’s financial health, overseeing the finance and regulatory reporting functions across the whole corporation. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2019, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining Dynasil in 2016.

Holly came to Dynasil from Cordua, Pastore & Associates where she was Director of Assurance and Consulting. Cordua, Pastore & Associates is a certified public accounting and consulting firm. Prior to that, she was Accounting Supervisor at Haefele, Flanagan & Co. Holly has extensive experience in auditing, tax preparation, and financial reporting for manufacturing and industrial companies.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Valentine Accounting. She also serves as the Treasurer for the Society of Financial Service Professionals – South Jersey Chapter and the Lance Cpl. Jon T. Hicks, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Award Fund.

Holly has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
