Mr. Fox is a visiting lecturer of law and the Crawford Lecturer at Yale Law School. He is a former managing partner of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where he specialized in securities, commercial litigation, and the counseling of law firms. From 2007 to 2010, he was a lecturer at Harvard Law School and from 2000 to 2008, he was the I. Grant Irey, Jr. adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Mr. Fox is the author of numerous articles in regional and national publications covering a wide variety of subjects with particular emphasis on ethical issues, internal investigations, sanctions, and expert witnesses. He a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an LLB from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Mr. Fox has been a member of the Board since 2011. His extensive legal experience, knowledge regarding ethics and public company governance are invaluable in his roles as the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
