Peter Sulick is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Dynasil Corporation of America. Peter is at the helm of Dynasil, responsible for overseeing global operations and setting the course for the future of the corporation. He was named Chairman of the Board in 2009, Interim CEO in 2012 and President and CEO in 2014. He has been a member of the Board since June of 2008.

Dr. Matthew Dallimore
Dr. Dallimore serves as the President and Chief Operating Office of Dynasil Corporation of America and President of Dynasil's wholly owned subsidiary RMD Inc., a leader in radiation detection and identification technology, joining the company in 2022. Before RMD, he co-founded Symetrica Ltd., where he held key roles as General Manager and Chief Technology Officer.
Vice President of Corporate Development
Patricia Tuohy
Patricia Tuohy is Vice President of Corporate Development for Dynasil Corporation. Patricia oversees sourcing, negotiation, and due diligence for M&A activities, as well as, technology licensing and go to market strategy for Dynasil’s early stage technologies. Prior to Vice President of Corporate Development she served as the Director of Corporate Development and Business Development. Patricia started with Dynasil in 2011 as the Manager of Dynasil Biomedical.

Patricia Kehe
Patricia Kehe is Corporate Secretary of Dynasil Corporation. Patricia is responsible for ensuring compliance with and executing all regulatory filing requirements, managing investor and Board of Director relations, administering all corporate stock transactions, and overseeing many of the operations of Dynasil Corporate. She joined Dynasil in 2008.
